Post-Turkey Summer holidays, 2011 (Part 2)

Saturday, 27 August: Lunch at Butler's Wharf Chophouse
With much excitement we went to meet Rebeeca and Jonathan for lunch at the Butler's Wharf Chophouse. We took the 168 to Southbank and I totally underestimated how long it would take to walk to Shad Thames so we were very late - poor Bex and J had been waiting over an hour! Anyway, we were well rewarded for our chosen day and time as we saw Tower Bridge go up, not once, but two times!
A little fox that we saw at Southbank!

Finn ate fish and chips...
 while Ruby had fishcakes!

Another art photo from the hand of Finn...

We had such a good time that we decided to go back to Rebecca and Jonathan's for X-Factor (on TV and, of course, our own).

Thursday, 1 September: Finn makes Mars Bar Cake!
A domestic day today, starting with a visit to our little friend Elliott. Ruby and Finn took some photos...

Then our dear Finny boy made us some lovely Mars Bar Cake!

And he cut it into some little squares to give some to Dave as a present. (Ruby had bought Dave a lovely little bowl in Turkey and this was Finn's gift.)

Later, Dave came over and we went to Belsize Park for dinner. We went (Ruby's choice) to Giraffe, although we agreed that we would choose another restaurant next time!
Finn doing rabbits to himself!

Awww... this photo got so many positive comments on Facebook!

Friday, 3 September: Last day :-(

A final show from the Master.
